Conducted in March 2002 by a highly recognized global firm specializing in individual and organizational assessment. The 10-hour session consisted of:
- Inventories of thinking skills, personality, work style, and interests
- Realistic work and business simulations
- Background interviews with Ph.D. psychologists
The assessment concludes that Angela is a seasoned executive who has acquired depth and breadth of leadership skills that rank her in the highest quartile. The following are key excerpts from the summary of her competencies:
